Problem in updating accounting options in Accounting Setup Manager page

Hello community,

We have encountered a problem in updating accounting options in Accounting Setup Manager page for Ledger in "In Progress" status.

Error details:

1. After login to EBS, click any of the "General Ledger responsibility" > "Setup" > "Financial" > "Accounting Setup Manager" >"Accounting Setups"

2. Click "Update accounting options" for any ledgers in "in progress" status. Error page pops up which states "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."

Any ideas how to fix the above issue?
