Fetch Cost from F4074

We have designed one report from F42119, its fine,

now we need to Get the "Price Field" F4074.UPRC from "F4074" table,

i have used "fetch single", but it is not "fetching" from "F4074.UPRC" but it is fetching from "F42119.UPRC",

can you please help why it is happening,
