BI Publisher for excel template is not displaying properly.

Hi Experts,

We are trying to build Excel Template, for that we have created Data model and downloaded the .XML file and imported that file into Excel, and saved that Excel as Excel 97-2003 Workbook. Uploaded the same file into BI Publisher folder and saved, but when we tried to see the the results its throwing the Error like 'The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator', Could you please help us here to get resolve the issue.

When we download that report it displays all the data horizontal .
