Enterprise server Agent is not showing up in Server Manager

Hi,

I was installing AS400 agent through my fat client but I cant see the agent on Servermanager.

Folders ARE MISSING from SCFHA I followed the doc from oracle still the same issue.

I tried uninstalling and installing and from deployment server as well  still the same issue.

Below is the error from C:\Programmfiles86\

Kindly help
