Grid Infrastructure 12.2 New Feature: Clusterware Files Must Be Stored in ASM

Hello All:

Please be advised that beginning in version 12.2, all Clusterware files (Oracle Cluster Registry (OCR) and Voting Disk (VD)) must be stored in ASM.  This new feature is covered in the following My Oracle Support document:
