This record in table hz_contact_points cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user

Getting the error when trying to use the Branch Update API

iby_ext_bankacct_pub.update_ext_bank_branch

The error is "This record in table hz_contact_points cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user."

Please let us know how to fetch the below parameter values to avoid the error.

p_bch_object_version_number: Current object version number for the bank branch.
p_typ_object_version_number: Current object version number for bank branch type code assignment.
p_rfc_object_version_number: Current object version number for RFC code assignment.
p_eft_object_version_number: Current object version number for BIC(EFT) contact point.
