IPV Account not hitting to IPV defined in Organization parameter window in inventory

Hi Team,

In AP Invoices, IPV account is not hitting to the IPV defined in Organization parameter window in inventory .

We observed that this account is hitting to PO distribution charge account.

Item is not an expense item. We see that INVENTORY_ITEM_FLAG,INVENTORY_ASSET_FLAG,PURCHASING_ITEM_FLAG are enabled for this item.
