Vanilla Outbound Emails , Not associating SRId, AccountId etc..
Hi Team,
We are using standard outbound email functionality and when we send out an email from Siebel, the emails are received at the customer end, but the problem is that the email outbound activity created is not getting associated to the originating SR, activity or account. Not sure how this is happening. We have recently upgraded to IP 16.9 from IP 13. Its all working fine on IP 13 but in the upgraded environment its not working, we have checked there is no customization behind it. Not sure of what is the problem.
Looking for any leads on the issue.
