Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. R12.2.4 COA valueset updated by APPSMGR

We have audit enabled on the COA valuesets. And it looks like at times the values are getting updated by APPSMGR.

It doesn't happen all the time , but when we run the query against the audit table I see audit_user_name = 'APPSMGR'

APPSMGR user has been deactivated a year ago, so not sure what causes these updates. Is the system trying to sync these values with some other data ?
