What Charge Types Does eAM Support for Resource Setups

On R12.1.3, using PJM to send WO to Projects.  Documentation shows that in eAM, in reference to setting up the Resource Charge Type

• EAM ONLY supports the following charge types –
• Manual
• PO Receipt

We tested creating WO with Resource Charge type of both 'Manual' and 'WIP Move'; both correctly sent resource costs over to Projects.  Is this functionality something that has changed since the 2012 doc, or are we missing something?  We manually charge the resource on the WO.  We want the resource costs to send from PJM through to Projects at the time the work is performed -- we keep Capital WO's open for a long time and want to see the resource costs at that time.  We noticed with 'Manual' charge type, the WO has to be completed for those charges
