Notifications and Rule Sets.
Hi,
I have created Notifications and then rule sets for escalation depending upon severity of the incident/metrics. I created three rules first send to email to DBA, second send to manager and then 3rd send to Director.
I am getting alerts for Rule 1 only, but not for further escalations. Can someone please guide the best method to create the rules for escalation process. I am using OEM 13.2.
