Need Clarification on One view report installation and configuration

Hi Team,

We need to configure one view reporting for our setup. Our configuration is as follows:

App Release: E920

Tools Release: 9.2.1.0

OS: MS Windows 2012 R2

We need clarifications on following points:

1. We need to first install and configure One view for testing purpose. Can we install BI Publisher on our existing enterprise\Application server for testing purpose?

2. So we need to install separate DBMS setup before we install BI Publiser? If yes should we install full version of DBMS like Microsoft Windows 2012?

3. What is RCU? How and when we should install the same?
