R12: interest_rate in hz_cust_profile_amts shows as null

Table hz_cust_profile_amts kept interest_rate filled with the percentage amount in 11i but now in R12 it is not shown (interest_rate column value is null) though we have the rate setup in a new (in R12) table ar_charge_schedule_lines and we have interest_type as CHARGES_SCHEDULE. What is the interest_rate column in the table hz_cust_profile_amts represents now in R12?
