HFM 11.1.2.2.500 Provisioned user cannot open reports or applications.

Hello. One of our provisioned users authenticated by MS AD suddenly lost the ability to open reports and apllications, though it was ok some days ago and no changes has been made to system.

The user still succefully logins to HFM workspace.

Trying to open the report "Could not authenticate the specified user" message comes..

When opening application user gets "The logged on user is not provisioned for this application"

But the point is it is was and still provisioned what confirmed with provision report for the user and application and compared with other users' provision reports.

I did find here several links on patches for similar case, but only for later version of HFM.
