Restricting intercompany settlements between entities

Hello All,

Could you please tell me how do I restrict any entity, so that it create intercompany accounting with only a parent legal entity and not with any other entity.

In the intercompany accounts the value has been used for all entities are "All Other". Could anyone confirm that selecting only the desired parent entity in place of "All Other" would help in restricting the intercompany accounting between different entities.
