PO Shipment Status Changed to Closed for Receiving Automatically Even Though Quantity Not Received F

Hi All,

We have few PO's where the shipment gets 'closed for receiving' automatically even though we haven't received full quantity (Qty = 600, Qty Due = 67, Qty received = 533 and Billed=553 ).

The PO has

'3-way' & 'PO'. Standard receipt .

Receipt close point = received.

Receipt close Tolerance (%) = 0 %

Invoice close Tolerance = 0 %

We are looking why PO shipment status has been changed to closed for received, even not received full Quantity.
