Rate Periodization rule - how to round/prorate the element amount

Is it possible to have elements perform their normal rounding on the first deduction while using a rate periodization rule?

We have our second open enrollment in EBS coming up effective July 1, and this year the pay period end dates/check dates fall so that the biweekly amounts are calculating based on 25 pay periods instead of 24.  Almost all of our deductions are setup as 24/year and we currently have the Program using 'Per Pay Period with Frequency Rules' as the Enrollment Rate/Frequency and the elements setup to come out the first two checks of the month, which has been working so far.
