Wage Attachment remarks field not including employee name on AP stub

Hello,

We have child supports that sometime we put the information in the remarks field and sometimes we do not and the system has always used the case number field and added as much of the employee name that will fit, but if the remarks field was populated it would act the same way, it would print the remarks and as much of the employee name that would fit until two weeks ago.  We upgraded to 9.2 in Feb and it has been working fine and then all of a sudden two weeks ago, if the employee has data in the
