PTO Item with Qty Greater than that of the PTO Model cause Interface Error
We implemented 12.2.5 late in January and we implemented Customer Installed Base - we are not tracking inventory in the IB. In general the success of OM to IB interface is dramatically improved over 12.1.2/12.1.3, however, I have found that the about half of our PTO orders fail to interface to the IB. When I break it down, it appears that the issue is most likely related to the use case of having ib trackable and serialized PTO Items with a quantity that is greater than the PTO Model itself.
