How to Round the Payments in Payment Process Request in 12.2.3

HI Friends,

My client has a requirement.

Payment Process Request should round the supplier payments to the nearest (Ex: if the payment is 122.11, should round to 122.10).

They have Invoice Amounts, Excise Duty, VAT and Withholding Taxes.

Requirement is, the Final Payment should be rounded to nearest decimals.

Please suggest me the setup steps to achieve this.

Note:

I tried to round the Taxes using EB Tax module but system does not round the Tax Amounts.  Also, I am not sure where to setup the WHT rounding.
