Siebel Loading multiple instances of Virtual CTI Driver

Hi all,

I hope you're doing good. I have coded a SCAPI driver for Siebel CTI, say it MyDriver. On configuration side, I have created a configuration named MyConfiguration which consists of two profiles:

1. Push Keep Alive
2. Virtual CTI Driver

The virtual CTI driver profile contains Virtual CTI Driver, Virtual CTI Driver driver configuration refers to custom dll of MyDriver. Everything thing is working good yet I get an issue:hen

When Siebel Communication Service is started, before I login any agent, siebel starts an instance of Virtual CTI Driver and request service with Agent ID macro i.e. {@AgentId}
