Applying EBS 12.2.6 RUP When Running AD_ZD_TABLE.APPLY('CSR_RULES_B_F12') (Doc ID 2199141.1)
I'm trying to apply 12.2.6 (currently on 12.2.5) and I'm hitting this exact issue:

I have opened up an SR but I am getting absolutely no help from the support engineer so I thought I'd try to post here to see if anyone can help.
The failed worker log shows:
