Cost Sheet is not displaying Amount from Summary Payment Application

Hi Team,

The value (Amount) from the Payment Application (Summary Type) is not reflected in the Cost Sheet.  It is clearly populating as it is reflected in reporting when using the Amount DE and relevant status (Approved) but it does not show up in reports.
