Subitem Migration Utility and Files

The attached zip file contains the following:

1. subItemMigrationUtility.exe - this is the utility that will be called via a command prompt to convert static tables to dynamic lists using the excel files included.

2. SubItemMigrationUtility.pdf - this is the instruction guide for the utility.  For this exercise, only page 7 is applicable.  It contains all of the commands that can be used with this utility.

3. AgencyProvisioned.csv - the file that will be used to convert the Agency Provisioned IT Services Spending Summary table to a dynamic list.  I recommend putting only those items that contain data for this table in a portfolio and running the utility only against that portfolio.  The portfolio can be deleted once the conversion is completed.
