Different execution plan across RAC

I do have substantial information that in my 4 node RAC environment over EXADATA different SQL_IDs have different execution plans with same BINDs across the time and even between the instances on the same day. Does this behavior normal?

initially i thought i had enable Adaptive Execution Plan feature of 12c which i do have, but there is not because i do not have these parameter enable OPTIMIZER_ADAPTIVE_FEATURES and _OPTIMIZER_ADAPTIVE_PLANS

Besides My Database have compatible parameter 11.2.0.4 for Application requirements. Maybe i'm missing some concept or idea here? is there is any could you let me know or at least guide me and figure the main reason of this
