Concurrent Managers shutdown on ALL nodes in a multi-node E-Business setup

O/S = AIX 7.1

Database 11.2.0.3

E-Business Suite = 12.1.3

I have a 2 node Application environment. NODE 1 (PRIMARY) and NODE 2 (SECONDARY).  Database is on a 3rd node.

The APPL_TOP is NOT shared. APPLCSF is shared.

Internal Manager Runs on - NODE 1 PRIM - NODE 2 SECONDARY.

Conflict Resolution Manager : NODE 1 PRIM - NODE 2 SECONDARY.

Internal Monitor NODE 1 - NODE 1 PRIM -  No Secondary  ( i have also tried with NODE 2 as Sec)

Internal Monitor NODE 2 - NODE 2 PRIM -  No Secondary  ( i have also tried with NODE 1 as Sec)

Service Manager:  NODE 1 - NODE 1 PRIM - NODE 2 SECONDARY

Service Manager:  NODE 2 - NODE 2 PRIM - NODE 1 SECONDARY
