Performance problem for bulk upload opening balance related inventory....

Dear experts,

We are  using EBS R12.1.3 application with 11.2.0.4 database. We are uploading a bulk records for opening balance related inventory and the application performance are slow for uploading the records.

Is their any patch required for maximize the performance.?

Kindly help me to solve the issue.
