BSSV Deployment Failure

Hello,

I am trying to deploy a BSSV object (web service ) locally and it is failing . Followed the steps mentioned in Doc ID 1677594.1.

This issue is happening with all the BSSV objects (Both standard and custom).

I tried doing a get and compiling all the related objects but still same issue.

It is throwing the below error:
