Cannot play the Depot Repair Demo Library (DOC ID 412376.1)

99% of the demo library mentioned in the DOC ID 412376.1 does not play. Contacted the Microsoft team, and their suggestion is, it is to do with Oracle. I have important demo to business, and would like these links to work. Please see the screen shot
