Logistic Lines not getting created automatically

Unlike Repair and Return or Loaner, Repair and Return, the logistics lines are not getting created automatically for advance replacement or replacement. Each time I have to go to logistic tab and enter the the lines manually. The service activities are mentioned in the repair types.
