Why agile.properties is missing from application.ear in 9.3.5?

Hello All,

The agile.properties used to be located in agileDomain$\config\ along with application.ear\APP-INF\Classes folder in 9.3.1.1 But in 9.3.5 I found that in the former path the file is there but not in EAR. Can anyone throw any light on this?
