Reciept Missing from F43099

Hi Guys,

we have an Issue  here,where Stock Receipt Line(TRAN to STK) is missing for Few Orders in F43099.But the Receipt is Updated to F43121 and F4111 which is creating a discrepancy for us.

Could you Please let me know if you guys encountered this kind of issue.
