Update of Deliverable by a Non-Assignee

Hi Experts,

This is in Repository Contracts v12.1.1

I have a deliverable assigned to a Person ABC

So when ABC login, the person is able to view the list of deliverables assigned to him ..under the section 'Manage Deliverables'

And the person ABC can update the status of the deliverables from 'Open' to 'Completed'

This is fine

Business Scenario:

I have another Person XYZ who belongs to the same department as that of ABC

XYZ has access to all the contracts as like the Person ABC

But he is not able to update the deliverables status to Completed, say in absence of ABC
