EM Jobs during Upgrade

We are in the process of planning our EM 12 -> 13.2 upgrade and have a question about the EM job system.

We expect our EM system to be down for about 3-4 hours during the upgrade. We have many jobs scheduled by EM, some of which run on an hourly frequency, We expect that jobs scheduled during the outage will not run but what happens when we bring EM back up?

Will the jobs scheduled for the shutdown period be skipped?

Will EM try to catch up, running the jobs that were missed? Will it try to run them all at once?
