PO Chartfield Inheritance from Requisition

We have a couple examples of where a requsition is created with all chartfields and when it becomes a purchase order, no chatfields exist on the PO.  In this case the requisition was created on 03/27, a change made on 03/29 and last activity at 2:33pm on 03/29.  The PO was generated at 11:01 am on 03/30.  But the PO has no chartield information on it.

Does anyone know what could cause this? Thanks in advance.
