Getting Active X error when trying download our FSG report to Excel

Dear Oracle Report(FSG) Guru,

We are currently on EBS release 12.1.3 and when trying run an FSG report from Oracle Report Manager the report completes successfully.

We are see the output file in Adobe and HTML format without any problem. However, we are getting Error as soon as we try run this report in excel format.

We are running our MS Excel 2013 on Windows 10. So far we tried all that Oracle support asked us to do but no resolution as of yet.

Here is the error message we are getting:
