Attribute to identifying Journal Creator's Manager in Journal Approval Rules

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement to setup Journal Approval Rules based on the Manager of the Journal creator.

For example, If the Manager of Journal Creator is ABC then Journal Approval Rule1 should be followed, else Rules2.

But, I could not find any attribute in the IF condition which identifies the manager of the journal creator.

Any help would be much appreciated.
