Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data

Hi,

I am planning to run “Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data”, do I need to reorg tables,rebuild indexes after purging or gather stats on "apps" schema will do?

Also as per Doc ID 804622.1  It says a cancel notification should be unchecked/disabled, will this affect other users notifications too for canceled notofications?
