Tax Rules Exception Set is not working after upgrade

Hi,

We are in process of 11i to R12 Upgrade.

We noted that the Tax Group in 11i is Upgraded to Tax Rules in R12.

For a Specific Tax Rule (upgraded from 11i), we have Condition Set and Exception Set.

The Tax which should be calculated as per the conditions in Exception Set is not working correctly in our case.

Please let me know for any further details.

Also let me know if anyone has faced same issue earlier.
