Why has this patch validation failed?

I've created a Patch Plan (for a 12c database) and it's failed at the Validation step with "None" errors.

How do I find out why it's failed? Where can I see the results of the Validation run? Normally this step produces a link to the Validation Job but it's not doing that. Is there another way to navigate to the results of the Validation Job run?
