How to avoid Cancel Requisitions for My Group's Requisition - R12.1.3

We have a requirement where other PR users can view requisitions for Group members. However, when they are trying to view PR for other group members, there are also able to cancel requisitions in iprocurement , Requisitions Tab. which is not required.

Only preparer should cancel his own PR, but he can view PR for others and should not able to cancel PR for other group members.

Please advise how we can achieve this.
