Patching oracle RAC 12.1.0.2.0 to GI PSU 24917825 (12.1.0.2.170117)

Hi

I downloaded db and grid install zip's from here Oracle Database 12c Release 1 for Linux x86-64

Am I right that "Patch 21419221: 12.1.0.2.0 PATCH SET FOR ORACLE DATABASE SERVER" is basically the same thing, regarding db and grid install files..?

While upgrading database from 11.2.0.4.0 to 12.1.0.2.0, then I ran into a problem, that is mentioned here "ORA-04023: Object SYS.STANDARD Could Not Be Validated or Authorized" during database upgrade (Doc ID 984511.1)

P4 states:

CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION version_script*ERROR at line 1:ORA-04023: Object SYS.DBMS_STANDARD could not be validated or authorizedDisconnected from Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 – 64bit Production
