Security on P4312 Receipt Option

Good day all

I would like to find out if anyone has had this issue before and how they resolved it.

We have created two roles i.e.

1. Purchase Receiver - This role is allowed to receive purchase orders or even cancel them using any receipt option.

2. Cancellation of Orders Before Receipt and At Receipt - This role should only be able to use Receipt Option 9.  They should not be able to use Option 1 or others.

How can we achieve this without doing a modification on P4312?
