ESU Related

Dear All,

I have three Environment (DV,PY,PD) , My query is suppose i applied ESU on DV environment only, then omw project is created for this ESU.Now promoted this to DV.

SO after that we apply ESU in PY and PD respectively.

But my query is that instead of applying ESU tp PY and PD cant we promote the project (DV ESU project) tO PY and then to PD instead of applying ESU to PY and PD.

Please explain.
