InstallBase Issue. When click on ADD TO IB Instance Number Not Generated.!!

Hi Guru's

I have some query related to IB. Once I entered the serial number and save. It's asking for serial number not exist create new? clicked on Yes. Now serial is there and this item is IB Trackable.

So once I save again It's asking to generate IB number? Click on ADD TO IB, at the moment once select ADD TO IB it's not generating the Instance number.

I proceed and received the Item with specific serial number. Now the Instance number is populated for this same item.

Is anyone faced this issue ever? this is first time I am having this issue.Waiting for your feedback.
