Include Supplier's minimum quantity in reorder quantity with Min/Max option

Some of our suppliers require a minimal quantity for POs. When you enter a requisition with a smaller quantity, you receive a warning, great. But when the requisition is created through the replenishment process, you have no warning and the requisition receive an error status during the PO Calculations process. This is a big issue because for each line you have to purge it, open the Purchasing attributes of the item to see the minimum, go to the requisition, find the right line (our replenishment requisitions have hundreds of lines), change the quantity, resubmit the requisition for approval, and launch again
