Customizing links in email notifications

The quick version of my question is: Is there a way to change the [TARGET_NAME] attribute to display the target's name in TEXT and not as a LINK?

Now the problem. In my company, all HTTPS traffic must pass through a gateway (Citrix Netscaler) which uses a generic certificate "*.company.com".

So, instead of using the server's name to access EM (https://server.it.company.com:7803/em/...), I use another name (https://enterprisemanager.company.com), which will redirect everything to my EM server, in the specified port.

Now, when I receive an email notification from EM, certain fields contain links. For example, the target name points to "
