Material Print issue with Zebra Printer

We are in EBS 11i, using zebra printer trying to print material labels, its print max of 3 or 4 labels per receipt, like item A receiving with 10 lot numbers in this case it prints only 3 or 4 sables only  we except to print 10 labels. Using view label requests we can see 10 requests generated. Label profile set to Synchronous TCP/IP. Appreciate for the help
