The gross amounts on the federal tax distribution register for EI are incorrect.

Running JDE World A7.3 cum 11.  The gross amounts on the federal tax distribution register for CC and CD (EI EE & ER) are incorrect.  The gross amounts is not including the excludable amounts, therefore the gross is over-stated and throwing off the math when the clients trying to validate if the EI withheld is correct.  Has anyone encountered this and developed a correction?
