Queries to insert Demantra notes from backend

Hi,

We had lost thousands of demantra notes defined on Worksheets.

But fortunately we found them on other instance.

So we need to insert all those notes into Production.

I am trying to preparing insert queries of all 3 note tables

NOTES,NOTE_POPULATION,NOTE_DATA

Can we get insert queries from colloborator.log while creating notes on worksheets?If yes,how?

Can anyone post queries if you have already?
